Etchu kabuto with zu-date horsehair, hon iozane maru-do with iron forged plates covered lacquered leather. Without sode as standard for the Hosokawa maru-do field configuration. Paired etchu kote with tate-ita plates and kusari, matching Etchu haidate , etchu suneate and etchu-bo mask.

All pieces with original aizome indigo cotton ground.

All components show honest wear and patina consistent with age.Authentic battle-used Etchu kabuto .The iron shows honest age with lacquer loss and combat patina. Original dark blue odoshi lacing with natural fraying and age-softened fibers. The lacquer exhibits age-related crazing,wear and areas of minor touch-up over time,consistent with a helmet that saw centuries of handling and field use.with age-related losses or partial losses to lacquer and lacing ,priced accordingly.Interior ukebari original with age wear.Sold as is ,as photographed .
